1. Orders & payment

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of ordering.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew weekly and can be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time before the weekly cutoff shown in your account. No long-term contract is required.

3. Delivery & returns

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11am within our delivery zones.
• Because our products are perishable, returns are accepted only for quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Glass bottles remain VitaNature property and may be returned for a credit.

4. Catering bookings

Catering quotes are valid for 14 days. A minimum headcount applies to each package as listed on the office catering page. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event may be charged in full.

5. Liability

VitaNature lists known allergens for each product but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should contact us directly before ordering.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
